HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE! I hope everyone is staying safe & healthy and able to wind down as the holidays approach. Here are five brands and products I’ve been loving - from fitness, to wellness, to skincare & lifestyle there is a little bit of everything in this list :)
ALPYN BEAUTY EYE BALM
I discovered this brand at the start of quarantine when my skin was going crazy from stress. I’ve always struggled with acne and dark circles and this definitely helped my dark circles. It’s also wildcrafted from Jackson Hole Wyoming and clean, cruelty-free and vegan. The texture of the product is so lovely and I’m always so impressed when a clean beauty brand makes a product that ACTUALLY WORKS! I give it a 10/10!
LOWERCASE GROVE SUNGLASSES
One of my best girl friend’s made a day trip to visit me in The Hamptons. Her childhood friend is the founder of Lowercase and as fate would have it, she was holding a trunk show in Southampton that very day so we headed on over! This is the exact style I decided to go with- the Grove in Turtle. I love supporting local brands and Lowercase is made in NYC!
OWYN CHOCOLATE PROTEIN
”Only What You Need” is my go to protein shake. So many of us underconsume protein without even realizing it. Adequate protein intake will aid in maintaining and building lean mass and help you feel fuller longer. OWYN is 100% plant based with a greens blend of broccoli, spinach & kale and has a variety of flavors like chocolate, vanilla, strawberry banana & cold brew. The chocolate is my favorite!

2020 has proved that health is such a gift! It is integral that we keep ourselves physically active not only for aesthetics but for out mental wellbeing. This is one of my favorite products for home training. Core strength helps minimize low back pain, improves posture & abs always look hot :)
